I am interested in selling Titan Home Security. As of my last post, it now gets 820 unique visitors a month, it's SE referrals rose 41% compared to the last 30 days. It generates a google base feed which gets auto transferred in one click. I receive 1 or 2 phone calls per month doing zero marketing. There are currently 220 confirmed newsletter subscribers.

The website is fully operational and has an excellent AJAX cart system in place and is constantly gaining google recognition. I need to sell this site soon as I don't deal in home security products any more, but don't want to take it offline.
