I might be interested in selling a business that we have worked pretty hard on for a few years, I'm at least listing it here and will entertain offers...

This is a sports/health related site with products that we sell.

We have a wholesale account with the producer of this product. Wholesale cost is 40% less then retail, so there is some room to make money.

We have done incredibly well with this in a short time, and it just keeps growing, but I'm considering other ideas which would not leave me the time for this if I do them.

We do better than most if not all other resellers of this product because we customize them and have made new products out of them, no other seller of this has been able to duplicate what we have created, yet anyway. We will provide FULL training to the buyer if there is one.

I only spend about $0.75 a day on Google ads most of our sales are from Organic Google traffic, we rank VERY high if not #1 on most related search terms.

We did over $130,000 in sales in 2008 (not bad for less than $300 in advertising)

Over 8,500 inbound links
Conversion rate of 2.0-4.5% depending on the month with about 200-300 unique's a day

The Average sale is about $55-$60

We also have a lot of related domains that we would include with the sale.. I'd guess 30-40 total

We have I'm roughly guessing $20,000-$30,000 in inventory on hand all of which would transfer if an agreement for sale was made.

Per Producer of this product, Sale would have to be to a US based business.

Whao, you've done so much to grow the business, lots of hardwork. I think you need professional advice so you can get the real value for your hardwork. I will suggest you talk to a broker. I know that at Selling a business | Buy a business on Businesses For Sale or Businesses For Sale Australia - Buy a business or Sell a business you can advertise your businesses for sale. sometimes its free for some months especially if you are a new advertiser. They also provide broker services but i dont know or cant remember if this is free too. whichever, it wount hurt to contact them.
