Question What Escrow Service to use?

I'm in negotiation to buy a .com that someone owns. When I buy this domain, I want to use an escrow company so that I minimize my chances of getting screwed out of $1000.00. Has anyone had good experiences with a particular escrow company when buying a domain?

Thanks very much

I haven't sold many domains, but I found Sedo.com to be reasonably fast and reliable (as a seller) - no complaints from my buyer, but there was a 20% commission involved for the service.

I like using escrow.com - I have used them over a dozen times and recommend to all my clients for their transactions. They are ideal for domain name sales and internet business sale transactions

Find an escrow service that is located in your jurisdiction. If the escrow company messes up you can sue them in small claims.
