five years old domain for sale

I register a domain five years ago. OCTELCORP.COM - Comprehensive Hosting Solution for your Business plan was start a web hosting business. Did all the work myself under a very simple html structure. Never realize five years passed by.

I know there is no page rank no back links for my domain. What should i ask for this domain?
any suggestion will be highly appriciates.

There is not much information. site was a hosting site, for my poor marketing effort and my business partner backed out for the start up company the process was never successfully.
