For close to 10K is a lot of money for a domain with a PR1! How are you selling those scripts through PPC?

Yes of course is a lot of money for a PR1 but it has around 500000 of Alexa Rank and i'm not selling only the domain itself, but the high values is for the resell right of all the script i'm selling on it.
I'm doing around $1000 for months selling it and many of them are unique scripts, so decide you if is or not a business for you.

Well good luck on selling it, but everyone knows Alexa Rankings mean nothing :P Most sites with a low rank just have more indian link builders who have the toolbar installed visiting. Most people don't have it installed nor do they care. Setup a directory for a link exchange and I guarantee your alexa ranking will go even lower

And if your making $1K a month, its a PR1, and your selling it for $10K something just doesn't add up. You could build more links and double or triple your business in a couple months if your sitting on the gold mine you elude too...

I know that Alexa Rank is not a real value but you that PR is a realistic value to choose if buy or not a domain? as you can fake the Alexa Rank you can simply fake the PR.
So the only parameters you can consider when you buy a site are the same you need when you buy a shop or anything else, that mean, how much revenue the commerce has for year?
I was selling the domain and the script too cause i didn't had time to follow it for other activities that i have, but i have sold another business that i had so for your tranquillity SCRIPTIDEA.NET and all the scripts are not for sale anymore

One more thing only, as you can see on my website i don't have any Links directory cause i don't believe that a mega list of links of any type of website will help me to be ranked better, perhaps now, but it's always a fake system to increase the Alexa and PR too, so i'm sure in the next future
all the site that have 20 pages of links will be deleted from google.
I don't have Indians using the toolbar to lower my Alexa Rank and i haven't used any fake system and of course i have the receipt of all script sold with Paypal every month.
But it's ok i will continue with my "Gold Mine"
