Stickam is a social network site much like MySpace, but is geared towards communication via webcams and microphones. They also offer free webcam chatroom widgets that are very popular (so much that MySpace blocked Stickam from their website).
CuStickam is the official editor, and is listed on Stickam as such, with a link in their profile editor page. CuStickam is not your regular profile editor. With CuStickam you can create layouts, save your layouts for future use, share your layouts, upload and share images just for CuStickam, view other CuStickam members and their profiles, and more. You must be a registered member of Stickam to create an account at CuStickam.

This site is in the lineup to be recoded soon, but it pretty much runs on its own. You really don't have to do anything to it. I was planning on making a whole new design and redoing the backend coding. There are ads on it, but I do not make much off the ads. I think $100 through Google every 5-6 months. Income off of the site will be up to you.
As far as SEO, this site is geared only for Stickam users, and it is the ONLY official editor for it, so page ranking is pretty much not applicable to the success of this site.
I created this site myself and with another programmer who did the profile editor/css coding, while I did the backend and all the features. It was done in PHP/MySQL
I am open to any valid offers, but I am not needing to sell.

America's Forclosure Assistance
This is an all custom site created for a client, who backed out at the last second. It was a personal referral so I did not require money down. The site is completely functional, and offers calculators and online foreclosure form which gets stored into the database. The admin side for the database is not completed yet, but will be completed for the buyer as part of the price. The site still has dummy text still, which I can replace with your copy as part of the cost if needed.
I am open on offers, and only looking to make back the cost of development. The intro flash, flash header, and site design are all custom and my designer had quoted $800 for that. I quoted the client $1400 total for the site design and programming and would like that much back, but I am open to any reasonable offers.

This is an image hosting site I have been running since 2003. I had used a pre-paid image hosting script and heavily modified it.

This is the new version I am working on, and am roughly 90% done with it. Feel free to use the demo account, but be warned that I am still working on it, so you may see errors or bugs (all of which will be fixed)
This is a semi-popular paid image hosting script as well, which I have heavily modified, fixed a ton of bugs, security holes, and added numerous functions that does not come with the original script including zip uploads, multiple image links, contests, demo accounts, and a lot more.
There is not much revenue from the site currently, and you will be able to modify the plans to your needs. You will be receiving the script for either site, currently on upixs.com or the newest version. I did not create this site for income, just as a service to offer. I do get hits and members from google searches, and a rare occasional $2 a month plan, but it is not something I advertise much or try to use as a source of revenue. I have never really checked my rankings for this site since it was just a side thing I have been doing. I do know it is on google and DMOZ and other search engines.
Give me an offer on the site, and whether you want the current version or the new version (finished). I will want more for the new version.. to cover the time spent on debugging and adding features. I will do the image and account importing from the old site to the new site as part of the cost. If you want the old version, you will get the script and the current membership base, and you will have to take ownership of the domain. I will not use the current membership for the new version if you plan to use the old version.
If you do not want the domain and are only interested in the code (for either site) and not the current memberbase, give me an offer.

Give me an offer I can't refuse. Besides the AFA site, these sites are all ready to go, they are all running on their own, and they all have a good membership base.
