I plan to develop both of these URLs into informational and/or e-commerce sites. But I figured I'd also offer them here before I start developing them, as it may be several months before I have time to devote my attention to them.

I don't know why this is coming up as an adult site. I'm parking it with Sedo, so I guess that's how their system interprets it. I think it would be better utilized as something else though.

Weatherability.com - The Best home improvement materials Resources and Information. This website is for sale!

I'd happily accept reasonable offers for either of these sites. I unfortunately don't have a selling price in mind, as I really do intend to develop them into businesses. But if a reasonable offer comes along, I'll consider it.
