Yes that sounds not just a bit, but very "blue-eyed". If you get a 5% click through you are doing well, lots of web site owners report an average of 1% only.

The seo book site is just a hobby, I have recently purchased this off the original owner and I may either sell it or keep it or start to edit alot of it, not totally sure yet.
