I need a data-driven website component that allows user login. It will be
on a city website that allows business owners to login, add coupons and
special offers, add events to a calendar, and update their business
profile.

Basically I need the following pages data-driven:

Business Listing by Business Type
Business Listing by Name (alphabetical)
Special Offers and Discounts Page
Calendar with Events

I need two user types:
Admin - Can add/remove/edit business accounts, and can add/remove/edit
generic offers and calendar events.

Business Account - Can only add/remove/edit info for their business.
