I need a solution that will allow me heavy content management with light commerce. When I say Heavy, I mean various types, sizes, styles of content. When I say Light, I mean I only offer a few services and upsell items that require ecommerce. I posted similar info under Sites Wanted/For Sale looking for a turn-key solution, but I realize it may be as simple as hiring the right programmer to build EXACTLY what I need, so I posted here. My business sells services, which I would like to start selling online. However, the service requires the customer to fill out an extensive application/questionaire, with questions that require various types of answers, in various types of content.

This website must actuall transact orders and sell my services, using Credit Cards, Paypal and other online payment options, as well as allowing customers to pay with checks and receive a key/coupon code that will allow them to access the site after making alternate payments. This site must include the following capabilities:

Require customer to log-in for services. Customer must register, send the customer an authentication email with a link to click on, and allow them to authenticate registration by clicking on link before logging in. Form-fill pages that allow me to list content with various types of forms that customers will fill-in after secure log-in. These forms will need to include:

· Alpha
· Alpha- Numeric
· Numeric
· Numeric Dollars
· Numeric Dates
· Check-Boxes (Check only one)
· Check-Boxes (Check all that apply)

I will need a large number (not infinite, but expandable from 1-100-ish) of pages, which will allow a large (again not infinite, but expandable from 1-100-ish) number of questions per page. Thus, the web management back-end must be able to build multiple pages, with multiple questions on each page in various formats to accommodate the types of form-fill data areas listed above. All fields must have large enough room (E.g. - 500 word capacity for the alpha and alpha-numeric fields) so I will not have any truncating issues.

In addition to the form-fill pages, I will need the following pages:

· About Us
· Contact Us
· FAQs
· View Your Order
· Helpful Links
· Policies & Privacy
· Customer Testimonials
· 2-3 more pages???

On each page, I will need up to 5 photos (approx. 400x400), with the ability to add/edit any number of photos between 1 and 5. I will need text areas (larger bold headers and regular copy) both editable. Again, I need complete control in the back end to edit text and photos.

I will need the customer to register online, verify via email link, log-in, fill in some basic information to pre-qualify the customer, then if they qualify, prompt the customer for payment via credit card, Paypal, Etc. The order management back-end will need to be able to communicate with QuickBooks per order or as a batch every "X" hours, or daily. Additionally, all data must be exported info to a MS Access program that I use for customer contact and phone sales.

Once the customer logs-in, I will need to be able to monitor customer activity in real time while the customer is filling in the forms to see where they are having issues. I will also need Live Chat capabilities. Once live and operating, I will also need the site translated into multiple languages; up to ten languages.
