Need Unique Urls....please Help

I own a multi user site in which my registered members can set up their own store on the site. I need unique URLS for my member stores. I am looking for someone that can add this application to my site. My funds are limited and I might be able to do this myself if someone would be kind enough to tell me how. I could pay for this to be done, however my funds are limited. Can someone help me please?
