I'm looking for a programmer who can write interactive AS in Flash and do database work. I've been asked to get some costs together to design and build a web form for a random drawing. Basically, someone fills in their contact info, then the site takes them to another page with a graphic of a lottery "scratch and win" ticket, and there's a graphic of a coin attached to the mouse cursor, so they can scratch off the color on the lottery ticket to see what's underneath, if someone gets the winning combo of three like items they win a $2500 rebate from a local car dealership that they can print and bring in to the dealer against a new car. We'll supply all the graphics, we just need it programmed and the customer info to be written to a database.

We will only work with individuals who speak the English language clearly.
