I need someone to do the graphics for my site, currently temporarily hosted at Bart - Barter in Spain.

I need a colour scheme, a header, and the menus. I am skilled in CSS, and don't mind changing the current CSS a little. The header and menus repeat on all pages, so basically, it's just one page that is required.

I would like to include a logo, which should be based on the letter B (the credits used in the system are called Barts), with two vertical lines, so that it looks like a dollar sign ($), but with two vertical lines.

Please let me know a price.
