anybody here who guarantees their work and can get top rankings on google?

i have some sites that though i have done what i can just don't reach the top although the sites that are ranked above them are not any better.

Despite what you have heard, no one can give a guarantee for top rankings. Any one that tell you that doesn't know real SEO.
The person/company that tells you that they will investigate the situation, give you options, and produce the best results possible will be the real SEO you are looking for.

A person guaranteeing anything will
- Use Black Hat techniques that will only last for a short amount of time. (just long enough to get your money)
- Using search phrases or keywords that are not popular searches only to make you believe you are at the top( this is more common than you would think)


...just don't be fooled. Ask for references or a portfolio. Check them out really well ahead of time.

Just saw your post and I am confident that if your website are not black listed and don't have any filters imposed by Google then I can assist you achieving what you need.
