wordpress expert needed for Dutch Web 2.0 site

i need a wordpress expert to redesign my www . martialarts . be site to Web 2.0 standards.
- community
- user input
- wordpress standalone for easy updates / plugins with new functionality

allthough the knowledge of Dutch is not fully necessary, it would surely make things easier..
