I have a buddy who owns Chuck Crawford Website Design. He has created several sites for me and is an excellent web developer.

So if you need website design and help please give chuck a shoot.

And yes this is one of those unsolicited efforts to help a bud out who is awesome.

I do not want to be rude here, but I thought excellent web developers can at least code proper HTML. Or did I miss something?
If he is so good as you claim, and not expensive, I might have a good deal for him.

Yeah I called him and he is being a pain and has put up the image ready stuff and hasn't finished the development. Who ever get to finish there own development.

I've had several sites built by Chuck Crawford Web Design and like the work. He does all of my coding.

It's just like I own several sites that sell seo work and haven't had time to properly seo my own websites. Too busy working on client's websites to get around to it.

I have a site that does not validate, has had no seo work done on it at all, and was built on a template in under 4 hours by me. It's number 1 for it's key phrase so now I don't touch it all.

Point is, I do seo work for seo companies as a subcontractor and on their own websites and have more business than I can handle. One of these days I will either have to hire someone to help me with my own seo just like I had chuck crawford web design take over building them for me. Doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day to get around to my own websites and by the time I do get that far down on my list, I'm too tired to work on them.
