Default Convert Flash to .MOV

Is there anyone who knows how to convert a Flash file to a .mov or a .avi file so that it can be shown on TV?

There may be a few a ways but..

If you have the original .fla file just publish it as a .mov

If you dont have the original .fla file, you could get a Flash decompiler and then publish it in Flash.

If you dont have Flash there will be some kind of converter available. A 5second search came up with this

It's very easy to do with flash to video converter. You may convert flash to AVI or mpeg4 and after that to see it on TV. :)
