Default Seeking SEO expertise

My site (www.accommodate.co.za) currently doesn't feature anywhere near the top 10 search results on google. I need to change the current situation and appear within the top 10 results.

At present it has a page 5 ranking on google.co.za I aspire to be like www.sa-venues.com who are on top of thier game with search results.

Bought the SEO software online (www.webposition.com) and I just cannot understand how to use it.

As an owner-managed enterprise, I cannot afford blue-chip rates, however I'm willing to pay for results and not promises.

Will require a portfolio of sites that you've assisted improve thier page rankings!

Default Re: Seeking SEO expertise

After an analysis of the existing www.accommodate.co.za web site, I have concluded
that the site relies on deprecated techniques, and suffers from a lack of standard coding practices and quality control.

It is my opinion that the most economical option in this case, in order to provide a long-term solution and provide the greatest return on investment, would be to have the site completely restructured in a table-less format using XHTML and CSS standards.

The new site would retain the general look and feel of the existing site, and retain the pertinent content, yet would become a great deal more accessible, usable, and most of all, search engine friendly.

This will enormously increase the site's potential for visitors and search engine visibility, with a dramatic increase in page indexing and ranking.

About giving you a guarantee for top positions in Google and Search Engines I can only say this:

"No one who does ethical SEO can guarantee #1 position in Google or other Search Engines. And we either. And that, while we voluntarily and strictly adhere to the SEO Code of Ethics, which mean's that we strictly avoid spamming methods intended to manipulate search engine results. These methods may result in higher ranking results in the short term, but are sooner or later ignored or dropped from
the search engine's index.

And that will put your business, and ours, at a serious risk! More about this: http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/htm...zbriefs12.html

Google is certainly aware of companies that provide SEO services. They also have advice for people who may have questions about these types of services.
Their article in their Webmaster Help Center provides a great deal of valuable information for anyone interested in SEO services:
