Now, onto the specifics of the job: The Affiliate Account Executive will manage the recruitment of new affiliates, monitor existing affiliate relationships, affiliate communication/audit and perform daily tasks associated with managing affiliates. Candidate should be able to juggle and prioritize multiple projects and manage time effectively. The right candidate must have the ability to participate in a dynamic team environment of a rapidly growing company. Responsibilities • Recruit new affiliates through direct prospecting via online research • Promote new features and benefits of the affiliate program • Optimize the success of affiliates via effective account management • Analysis and reporting on affiliate activity • Contribute to the growth of the affiliate program by using innovation and creativity Requirements • 1+ years experience in affiliate marketing, preferably for an online e-retailer or e-commerce company • Internet-savvy with comprehensive understanding of online marketing • Creative with ability to multitask • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Understanding of basic HTML • Bilingual writing skills in Spanish are a plus.
