I need a website for an association.
The website is about children education/health/troubles and includes a lot of content and links to other resources (associations, peoples...).
The website will include information and news about topics such as those included at this address:

However the site should be better ;), I noted a website which could represent the main structure:

Use text for the menus and submenus so I can change them myself later.
Every pages under TROUBLES (other categories too) will include news an administrator may add anytime. I think you can implement each page as a Blog using for instance 'Nucleus' so there are archives, possible comments...
Also on the main page (home page) There will be content + a box containing the latest news from any categories. The news can be taken from the different blogs and they should lead to the specific page and include a title + the category along with the link.
Another important thing is the mailing list manager. The visitor should be able to register to a newsletter from every pages and he can select the category of the newsletter (All - Troubles - ...). The administrator should be able to get all common features of a mailing list manager such as:
- sending automatic emails (every 15 days) including content of latest news for instance
- Adding, deleting users
- Multi list...
