Default Looking for general web design and 'fix it' person

We are looking for a general web design and 'fix it' person to do light work on our sites from time to time, within 24 hours. It would be great if the same person also was familiar with MS Word, WordPerfect and could handle PDF files. I do most of the updating of the sites and use DreamWeaver so it would be nice if 'our' software was compatible. We pay through PayPal also within 24 hours and don't expect to pay more than $25.00/Hour. If there is an interest please respond with references or sites worked on and your hourly rate. Thank you.

A few questions come to mind I'm sure others have:

1) Define "light work". Is it straight HTML code? Is it graphics? Is it programming? Is it carving up a Photoshop image and creating the code from it?

2) Do you use the code view in Dr*am*w*av*r, so that code can be adjusted manually and fixed up? (Specifically their abominable mouseover and menu code?)

3) HTML/XHTML?

4) Required start date?

Sorry about the questions, but they all popped into my head in about a 3-second span so I'm sure others would ask the same.
