Looking for SEO freelancer

Hi,

I am almost launching our new website (database driven - SQL, Perl) and need a freelancer on part time basis, who takes care of the SEO part and link exchange.
If doing good work, we are thinking of keeping the SEO freelancer on our payroll during long time.
