Title: Search Engine Optimization Analyst

Job Duties:
The individual in this position will grow, manage, and optimize natural engine listings to maximize profit, primarily with Google, Yahoo and MSN. This position is highly operational and includes activities such as keyword analysis, web page optimization, link building campaigns, metrics analysis and reporting. This position reports to the Senior Director of Search Engine Marketing.


Qualifications/Requirements:
- Highly analytical, motivated and self-directed.
- Familiar with keyword analysis techniques and software
- Able to research and learn new search engine optimization (SEO) techniques
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Works well in a small, focused team environment with short lines of communication
- 2+ years experience with natural search optimization
- Experience with paid search (Google, Overture, etc.) a plus, but not a requirement

Tools skills:
- Highly proficient in Excel and keyword analysis software. Able to quickly learn new software packages.
