The Affiliate Account Representative will manage the recruitment of new affiliates, monitoring of existing affiliate relationships, affiliate communication/audit and the daily tasks associated with the affiliate reporting system. Candidate should be able to juggle and prioritize multiple projects and manage time effectively. The right candidate must have the ability to participate in a dynamic team environment of a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities
• Recruit new affiliates through our affiliate platform
• Direct prospecting resulting from online research
• Promote new features and benefits of the affiliate program
• Optimize the success of affiliates via effective account management
• Analysis and reporting on affiliate activity
• Contribute to the growth of the affiliate program by using innovation and creativity

Requirements
• 1+ years experience in affiliate marketing, preferably for an online e-retailer or e-commerce company
• Internet-savvy with comprehensive understanding of online marketing
• Creative with ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Understanding of basic HTML
• Experience with affiliate technologies or online marketing a plus

I went an took a look at your site and have a couple of questions as a potential merchant and affiliate.

As a merchant I am looking for information on what merchants you currently represent to see if my clients would fit in. Your site did not give me this information. I had to do some snooping to find GRS and its client list, some of which I assume could be Filinet merchants.
As a merchant I am also looking to get an approximation of the costs involved with signing up for your program, without going to the trouble of filling out a form.
Also, as a merchant I would like to see some info on how many affiliates you have in your network.

As a potential affiliate, or even an affiliate account rep, I would want to know what products/services I would be promoting. Again without the hassle of signing up.

While in one sense we are competitors, in another we could be of great value to each other.
