Does anyone have any recommendations for a small business web design firm with a reseller program? I am looking for a firm that has SEO experience. I would prefer a company that has design packages. I also want a company that has a proven track record.

I came across Redalkemi.com and was impressed with their list of services. Anyone familiar with them?

You're in a very unique situation, Fredwat. Most people are on the other side of the coin (i.e. they're looking for people like you to resell stuff).

So...you have the advantage of being able to pick and choose. But warning: be picky.

As far as having a "proven track record", you're really not going to find someone on here who has taken a small startup company and built an online presence that has turned it into a Fortune 500 company overnight. There really aren't any serious major players like that yet.

As far as the company you selected is concerned, I don't know who they are, and I don't know anything about them. But something doesn't quite seem right there. I haven't quite put my finger on it yet, but someone else probably will.

As far as people to recommend go, I would second the MarcieZoob nomination, although I'm not sure if she'd do something outside of her local Harbor Springs area (you'd have to ask her.)

You might also want to talk to speed and faglork on here. Both of these guys are very knowledgeable and reasonable to deal with.
