I got this project from a friend of mine and I simply do not have the time to commit to finishing what he needs done in a timely manner.
His site is located at

They are wanting to turn it into something like
http://www.reno.com
He does not want it to be focused on gambling for out of towners. He is looking at more of providing an information portal on the Cities of Reno and Sparks Nevada.
I'll be able to add content and all that crap, but I need to provide a design that is well layed out and has some room for growth.
It will be built around a business directory that he is going to pay for so we need a little window that will allow for searching for business through the database they have right now.
