You might try to list the site your looking for assistance on to give someone a better idea of what they'd be getting into.

Also, might help to detail with more specificity as to what your goals are short, mid and long range: increase traffic, PR, visitors, conversions, competitive but inexpensive PPC, etc.

Not crazy about your UN (user name) but to each their own ... happy to point in a better diretion with better details.
