Default Experience CSS designer wanted

I need an experienced CSS designer to sort out display problems on my new site.

The main issue is to make it display properly on all browsers, operating systems and platforms.

There are some other problems that need solving as well. Briefly:

1. The website http://www.writelink.co.uk features a complicated CSS based layout that positions all content within a centered main window.

On some of the pages this content drops below the viewing area leaving just a blank page.

2. Content not visable when window not maximised.
Another problem occurs when the browser window is not maximised (or if extra browser clutter is turned on).
For resolutions below 1024x768 a different style sheet is loaded, which avoids the problem completely so it is only an issue for browser windows approximately less than 950px running at 1024x768+ wide and works fairly well in standards browsers, but (suprisingly) not in Internet Explorer.

Please have a look at the site at http://www.writelink.co.uk and log in with the username and password u = dunk p= dunk and you'll see what I mean when you resize the window.

What I'm trying to achieve is a layout that will at least display something that fills the available centre div space, whether the content is cropped or scrolling. Legible or illegible this does not matter. But it would indicate to the user that they need to make their browser window larger.

The basic HTML is as follows: Code:

The rules: Code: #middle_contentframe{ background-image:url(images/middlecontentbak.jpg); background-repeat:repeat-x; margin-left: 130px; margin-right: 131px; border-left-color:#83B343; border-left-style:solid; border-left-width:1px; border-right-color:#83B343; border-right-style:solid; border-right-width:1px; height:476px; } #contentbox{ padding-top:9px; height:463px; overflow:hidden; }

As the site is now live and getting a lot of hits, my first priority is to get the cross browser problem fixed.

This is a paying job and I am prepared to pay a realistic fee. There may also be more work in the future as the site is still evolving.

Any further questions just ask!
