Subcontract - Shopping Cart addition to site.

I have a client who is interested in adding a shopping cart feature to their existing website, they do not want to actually process the cards online, but would prefer to have the customer do the ordering, enter their info along with CC # and then submit the order securely, my client then would like to process the card in-store. There will approximately 30 products on the site. Anyone interested please let me know!

I can custom design a shopping cart using either ASP or PHP, depending on the server operating system.
