SPAMASSASSIN setup expert needed

I have a basic install of SpamAssassin and I want to tighten down the screws.

I would like to engage it with the Razor distributed spam checksum database, or the DCC checksum database. I would also like to set a subject line key to authorize messages. For instance the string NC* would have to be in the subject line for messages to get through from someone not on the whitelist.
