Seeking talented, experienced, creative Graphic Web Designer from anywhere worldwide

Seeking talented graphic web designer with min. 2 yrs. experience designing web sites. Design of ezines & DBs an asset.

Working knowledge of textpattern (CMS) a definite asset.

Needed Qualifications:

Must understand colour psychology as it relates to sites, understands proper navigation, is very creative, knows how to optomize graphics properly, is extremely proficient in CSS & creates most of the site with CSS & no tables, understands the psychology behind what makes a site sell & has e-commerce design experience.

If you are experienced in xhmtl, xml, PHP, flash MX or Javascript, this is an asset.

Personality Qualifications:

Someone very open minded, professional, grounded, respectful of him/herself & others, excellent communicator, organized, honest, ethical, hard worker, has a sense of humour, but loves what they do & most importantly is secure within themselves while not having a HUGE ego.

I am seeking someone who will just design the site template with the xhtml & CSS & I will do the rest of putting it together.

As I am a one woman operation on a budget, so I am not seeking someone who is asking for large corporate prices.

If we work well together there is definitely a lot more work down the road & as I grow, obviously you get more work.

I find a lot of designers say they are available & then 2-3 wks. later, they are too busy & I have to go off & find someone else which wastes my precious time.
