Electronic Voucher System Needed

The Brief:

To create the database and tables to store voucher numbering range and vouchers that have been generated and their status.

Create server side code to generate a dynamic PDF containing variable data based upon the online purchase of a voucher. The PDF to be numbered within a range supplied by us. The PDF will be able to be re-downloaded for a fixed period to allow the client to access the PDF again should they fail to save of print it correctly. The access to the saved PDF will be through an encrypted link for example:

The PDF can also include a verification code to allow you to check it authenticity, and additional pages that could contain background info, FAQ's, merchandising details, or even site location maps if the location is provided at the payment stage.

Email details of generated PDF to us as they are created.

Email details of PDF link to recipient to re-download if necessary.

Email confirmation to purchaser.

Provide online reporting of generated PDF's and their details.

Provide web interface to add new voucher numbers.
