I have good experience with PHP and MYSQL, but XML creates a huge gap in my knowledge.

I need help creating a PHP/XML parser to take a weather feed and put it into a website. I can make a parser pretty easily, I just cant get the data into any decent format.

This project is for a completely non-profit website so I would like if someone would do it for free. Otherwise if someone gives me a good deal that may work too.

I can give good links from several websites in exchange for someone helping me. I will also include a link to your website in the sponsors section of the website.
