I am a PHP/MySQL and HTML Programmer with too much time on my hands. I am currently looking for work. I charge around $2 USD/kb (will negotiate, and price varies depending on the content of your site). I have two years of PHP/MySQL experience and four years of HTML experience. I do not currently offer graphic design services. I CANNOT do shopping carts or anything else using credit cards, sorry.
