adwords expert wanted for small project

I need help with adwords. Campaign is already running, but the clicktrhough rate is 0.1% - 0.2%, campaign was slowed down 4-5 times. Payment: via paypal same day.

Hi, I'm running a campaign for a site I maintain, www.mainresource.com with CTR of 9.5% and 12.6% for they two keywords. If you can give me a few more details (site address, keywords (are you open to trying others?), budget, etc.), I can tell better if I can help you.
