How does Touchgraph Help as a tool in SEO?

Hello Everyone, I have been to TouchGraph | Home a couple of times, it seems like a very useful tool. However, I was hoping that people can post their various uses for the Touch Graph tool. Do you strictly use it to find the best "link-to" and "link-from" partners? What other uses are there for it?

Sorry, but can't understand the graph. And I don't know how to use this tool. Can you expalin on how you use the tool?

An interesting piece of software need to look into this further in order to fully understand the mechanics behind it and the info it throws out.
