I have an analytics account with MyBlogLog and was reviewing the data for one of my websites. I was surprised to see a substantial traffic spike ("extra referrals") for one of my sites. However, when I examined the referral source, I was shocked to see that it was a site that was really "hijacking" my site. It had a porn banner listed over the top portion of my site.
I noticed the root link was a major traffic site, 700K plus via compete. I think it's one of their users who is hijacking my site. I promptly emailed the site contact, and I am hoping he will suspend or remove the account ASAP. I noticed the domain (who.is) is owned/controlled by someone from the Netherlands.

Here's my question. Is it possible to prevent this type of event from happening?
