Hi
Has anyone had expeience in optimizing their site using the command. I would really be grateful if anyone that has could have a look at my site and view the source to see if we have gone over the top with our usage? I am worried that we may be seen as spamming? Appreciate any comments. James (www.skatewarehouse.co.uk)

The content inserted into is indexed by the robots.
I checked your site and probably your results are good because of using it. However, the way you used it seems to me a bit spammy (and might be risky) because the role of is to provide alternative - not the different - content for users. That means - if I have javascript menu, I insert into a list of links, not the keyword-rich description of the site. In this terms - there might be a possibility to ban you, however I don't think robots are smart enough to do it by themselves.
