Default How to remove cached pages in Google???

Hi Guys..
I had just uploaded a new website, but because of no optimization work , website uploaded has a lot of flaws ..
like dynamic url...
no proper tags...
and those uploaded pages has been cached by google..
Now i want to change URL's of my all website..
so what should i do??
Should i change URl, by doing redirection of pages...
or should i remove pages from Webmaster tool...
Some of those pages have also got PR...
if i will redirect those pages, will PR value be transferred??
what will be the better way???

If pages have PR then definitely set up redirects. Then spend a few hours each day doing other permanent redirects.

I about to start working with a site of 2 million pages where the urls have been changed 3 times in 6 month, and the site has ended up with only 350 pages indexed, of those only 14 pages are actually using the name of the last url changes. Big G doesn't seem to be deleting indexed pages very quickly lately, so don't hold your breath if you delete pages in webmaster tool...

Redirection ll be the better way and wait for Google to calculate your PR.

You don't need to removed the cached page. All you need to do is let google index the new URL. Try to submit your site on stumbleupon to get index quickly and try also to update your xml sitemap on webmaster tools.
