Frontapge2003 on PC and laptop

I am using Frontpage2003 on my desktop at home to build some websites. I will soon be travelling and want to still be able to work whilst away. If I purchase a laptop, can I install Frontpage2003 onto the laptop? and how. I don't want to buy another copy just because sometimes I'll be using another PC.
any advice would be great.

Per the EULA for FrontPage you do have the right to install FP on both your desktop and your laptop computer. You don't have to purchase a second copy of the software to legally install it on your laptop.
