All that to increase the traffic of the website!

Hi Members,

I wanted to list all the possible points/methods to increase the traffic towards the website. Here I go,

- Develop links towards (One Way/Reciprocal) your site.
- Do Social Bookmarking in sites like Digg etc.
- Perform blog commenting, in relevant blogs.
- Create Google Coupons (if you have some services to offer).
- Do Local Business Listing in Google, Yahoo and MSN.
- Submit products of your commercial/e-commerce website in Google Base.
- Create an Article, and then Bookmark it using Social Media Sites.
- Create a Forum post and start an interesting topic, related to the services, or the business of your site, and show how your services offered are unique.
- Call for action, at the end of your Blog Commenting, Article Syndication, or Forum Post you can perform a Call-4-Action, to generate the interest.
- Submit your website in Top Directories.
- Create a Press Release and then distribute it.
- If you have a blog, then you can create relevant and informative post in order to generate the interest of the user/visitor.

Well you can also get traffic doing off line marketing... simple banners and t-shirts can bring in traffic as well, though its more expensive than to post classifieds in a free classified posting site, it could still be good...

Dmoz among others and will leverage its site.

I read some where that if your content is same for the one link than Google will allow you it will not consider as duplicate content so you can do that.

Sure Feddy,

GOOGLE Coupons are same like publishing your marketing coupons, which a business offers for a proper sale or wants to attract more customers.

It's a marketing strategy, and draws some valuable/potential customers to the business.

Basically they(Google Coupons) attract more users online, as compared to normal marketing techniques, and are focused when a company is offering some discounts, a sale or something like that, which a user can find important.
