Does Communication skills matter in promoting a certain website?
Promoting a website goes with different ways and common to it was content and link building. The most important skill needed in link building is "COMMUNICATION SKILLS"... Internet Business involves content writing and link building, if you are no good in communication, definitely, your Internet Business just can't work. Are you familiar with Search Engine Optimization? It is a process of improving a certain web site's traffic and page rank of which involves writing and linking. Aside from that, COMMUNICATION SKILLS are also needed in SEO Marketing. This is the big thing about communication skills. And i really found it very important but in some cases, other websites doesn't have good contents. they only have plenty of links... what can you say of those?

Of course good communication skills help a lot. If you have good convincing power using your writing skills you can attract more visitors.

I have been in a lot of forums and most of the time, there would be problems in understanding some queries and answers, some are really having a hard time to express themselves in English, but the good thing is that in time, we all improve ourselves... It is very important that we understand each other because if we didn't, then there would be no point in communicating...

Yes definitely good communication skill is required but i am not totally agree with the post.

Every one who is surfing the net is not that much power full in communication. May be they wright wrong spell and at that time the poor communication skill SEO helps a lot.

Once i see that with exact key word site is not in the list but just misplacing one single word the site is comes in the top 20. I think this happens only because of the poor communication of the site so with one character make you in the good place in the SERP result.

Yes communication skills is very important in web marketing. I am agree with your points. communication skills in the workplace are as vital to your company's success as how much money the business earns and how talented your employees are.

I agree that communication skills are extremely important in web marketing. Without those skills you may have a problem getting links or your ad copy might not generate many click throughs. You still can get good search engine rankings with poor communication skills, but if you wrote the website content yourself you probably wouldn't get many sales. People with poor communication skills might need to rely on content writers to help them out.

Marketing of any type is about good communication skills both written and verbal.

If one can't do it him or herself, it is better to hire someone to do this chore before you lose a fortune.

If you take communication in the broadest sense, then yes, but I still think it is wrong to mix writing with talking, or monologue with dialogue discourse for that matter.

that's right and i agree! sometimes, when im reading some comments/replies/queries in forums, it made me laugh and give me headache at the same time because of these hard-to-understand posts. sometimes, you can understand the title but when it comes to their long explanation, you can't anymore. eventhough i want to help them in their problems, i just ignore them because we can't understand each other!

For all marketing field communication skill required.if your working for door to door marketing or for web marketing if you have good communication skill then you will sure get benefit.so as per according to me communication skill is base of all marketing field.

My experience told me that ommunication skills do matter much in promoting a certain website or promoting products to sell. I am not so fimiliar with SEO marketing, but I am selling my own products. In my opinion, that would be the same the marketing field. Good communication skill can convince your customers to made the final decision.
