Default How to optimize and rank .edu site?
I want to know your insights about this. Do we need to link it to high authority sites or .edu domains? What possible link building techniques do we need to push the site's traffic? Answers are welcome.

^^ is right. I think that you would have a more comfortable time optimizing that kind of website. Those websites with that kind of extension, .gov, .edu seems to ranks pretty nice.

I do believe you will need alot of quality related links to rank fast. Anyway, I always believe in slow and steady building up ranking to be stable.

Same way as any other website: on page & off page SEO. Ther is nothing specific you can do to help your .edu domain ranking. Good luck!

Put quality SEO in place and then start building industry specific do follow links. Be careful to vary your anchor links and you should do well.

No difference. Optimzing website is the same for all as I believe so. Though some sites are easily to receive quality links.

When I read about this topic... I became curious... and I think there is no difference between optimizing a .com website to a .edu website. ( I used "a" because "." came first before the "e" hehe ) but I don't have the exact reason.
