I need to list my site with directories for free. Can someone recommend any career directories for career sites? We are a employer only online job board.

A good way to find Career directories is to search for them!

Google list 1.6 million pages when you search for Career Directories.

Now if you target that search a bit more tightly towards your needs by say adding words to the search like list employers or what ever, you will soon have a long list.

Using "Quotes" also help to "get specific"... some suggestions
