Blog Backlinking Ripoff or Not?

I was checking the backlinks via trackback feature inside my WP blog admin area. I found a post that quoted my content and gave me backlinks, but in a very strange way

like this...

<a href='http://www.blogurl.com/post-title/' target='_blank' onclick="javascript:urchinTracker('/outbound/www.blogurl.com/post-title/?ref=http_//www.blogurl.com/wp-admin/moderation.php');">keyword here</a>

I know that people steal content and we cannot do much about it - this is not the problem. But I see this kind of strange URL for the first time.

Does anyone know what is this urchinTracker thing about? Does it give me the SEO value to have this kind of backlink or not?
