Default Yahoo Express - Denied My Site

Just received following reply from Yahoo regarding my request to include my site in their directory . Not sure how they came to know my site is not running 24/7 ??? Based on host raw-log and my program-statistics more than 99% up-time .

Did anyone know, how can I request for a reconsideration ???

===================================

Yahoo! has reviewed the URL you submitted for expedited review

http://www.allreminder.com

with Yahoo! Express order #xxxxxxxx. We're sorry to report
that we were unable to review your site today. We could not access the
URL you submitted, though we tried several times.

The Yahoo! Express Terms of Service state that in order to
be listed in the Yahoo! directory, a site must meet the following
minimum criteria:

"The site must be up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week."

I can't reach sites that are zeroed out in my hosts file. Could Yahoo have such a killfile too?

It took me less than a minute to find and read the Yahoo Directory Express submit terms and conditions. In there it says you are entitled to one reconsideration.
