How to SEO a flash video

I have just converted a .mov file on CD to a .swf which is about to go up on our website,

Q. Whats the best way to seo this?

I've never had to seo a video before and some help on this would be great

It's very very easy to SEO a video.... just post 2 tons of text on the same page..... and treat it as if it was an image on the page... you're still SEOing traditionally.

If it's a youtube video, embed that video on the page.. and follow the same procedure.... I know that sounds like a cop out.. but honestly it's your best bet overall... if it's worth anything to you.. my clients pay me thousands each month to do that for them.

Also:

* enter title and description tags in the fla before exporting

* load with something like swfobject.js and you can insert 'alt' text which gets replaced by the swf

You can't SEO a flash file. Even though they´re trying to make the content of flash more accessible for search engines, there's not much to SEO.

The Founder's suggestion is the best I think.
