Where to go?

I have had my e-commerce site Gifts Baskets up and running since October 2003 and I still am not listed on Google although I am indexed. does any one know of any tools that can show me what I am doing wrong or need to fix on my site so that I can get better rankings? Any help you can give is greatly appreciated.

Actually i don't know whether you are having some seo knowledge or not ...but i guess if you are already expert in SEO then it would not be a matter of much concerned for you to getting good result in SERP..but if not then you must should be try to promote your website ...you can start with submitting your site in directories, create links, you can post blog, write article etc...

very importantly ,,try to register your products in Google base....its very helpful...

Hope you will get lot of traffic and ranking in serp soon..

Mark thanks for the reply, I am no expert in SEO not even close. What I have learned has been from the people on sites like this. I used the links that Janna gave me this morning. They are very helpful, one thing I was confused by is the address with out the "www" and just "arcanabaskets dot com" recieves a better score (70) than www dot arcanabaskets dot com that got a score of 58 . Can somebody tell me why this is?

Take a look at the inbound links.

If more links use the "non-www" URL to link to your site than the "www" URL, you'd see this sort of thing.

That's why it's not so important which version you choose (www or non-www) as it is that you simply be consistent.
