I am doing some SEO for a company located in the UK. Any advice for how the UK Google search engines differ than USA. Also, how do you submit sites to directories that do not take .co.uk domains? Thanks

You may be quite pleased with the UK search engines. Google is even bigger over here than in the US (higher percentage of searches) but the level of competition is lower. Watch out for common differences in spelling and grammar! (jewelry and jewellery is the big one!) Enjoy your stay!
