Default How to prepare an "SEO Report/Analysis" for a website

Hello,
I am looking for an ideal and quick(read software or tool) to submit an SEO report.
Sumbitting an SEO report mean creating a report of a particular website showing the drawbacks of the that site. Like missing keywords or no alt tags etc.

Normally I manually search for faults and then I compose a report(which I am not happy with) in a text file and then print or email it.

Sometimes I get mixed up or I forget a few things.
Then to find out all the faults I need to go through tons of tools.

I had a seen a website which gave a good report but I dont remember the link long ago. The only drawback it had a few things missing, which I could have easily added but then the page was php generated page with tons of ads and extra links added to it.
Editing that and then manually doing what was missing took me more time.(and now I even forgot the link ).

So I was looking preferably for a software/script/website where you just enter the URL of a website and it would give you the keyword count, meta tags and other info like pages indexed and everything related(see I cannot remember most of the things of my head that is why I am searching for such a solution).

Or maybe a guideline. That is a checklist which I could use and then manually use various tools to to create a good report.

Thanks.

incrediblehelp, thank youfor your reply.
I have looked at these tools infact I use them.
Basically I use iwebtools a lot too.
I the have to take data generated from each tool and then type them into a text file to creat a SEO analysis of the particular website to present it to them.

I was looking for a software of maybe a tool that if I type in the url it will generate all the analysis/data in one page.
Like PR backlinks and information about meta tags etc, also the number of pages in the website compared to the pages indexed, if a site is present or not and any html errors etc.

I have searched this forum but could not find anything. There are all seperate tools. Even the softwares like WebCEO too do not generate a report like that.
If something like that does not exist then I am looking for tips or what I should include in a SEO pitch.
FOr e.g. right now I know that I need to list down their meta tags and give a feedback on that.
Then I present them their PR and the reason why their PR is low and how I can increase it.
So I am looking for a checklist or tips or what should be included in an SEO pitch. I am not looking for tips on strategy.
But the initial analysis to be given Now I am using iwebtools as a guide.

I am looking for this because a lot of client ask for SEO analysis ASAP. So If there was a tool that could generate it

Or maybe I will create a template and use the various tools to fill in the corresponding data. So looking for help to create this template.

I use Internet Business Promoter which will run the reports for you.
You can customise it with your company headers and send it to customers so it looks like you have spent days if not weeks preparing a professional analysis about their current site and how it ranks and what improvements can be made.

Im sure WebCeo on teh paid version will also run the reports but I havent used it myself.

I have a trial version of IBP. I just cannot see that option.
Even Webceo too.
I have tried SEO reports but it just falls short.
I too have thought that how could such popular softwares not have a 1 click report generation.
The button somehow alludes me.
I am firing up IBP and will try, since you have been doing it then I must be plain blind .

Thanks will tell you if I was successful.

Quick update Steven.
IBP very confusing. I have the option to generate report seperately. Like keyword analyzer 1 report and the spider text another report.
Then there are a lot of things missing like there is no Page Rank, Indexed pages for each search engine.
These software seem more confusing that doing it manually.
